Ilkka Hanski Nature Network is a nature reserve formed of small protected areas, established in the south-eastern part of Finland, in the municipality of Virolahti. Together with managed forest and agricultural land, the protected areas will form a socio-ecological system, where both people and nature can thrive and benefit from the relationship.
